Indoor Cycling is an indoor cycling rhythm based class. Our classes offer a dynamic and immersive cardio workout. Riders synchronize pedaling to the beat of energizing music, led by skilled instructors. These sessions blend intense intervals with choreographed movements, an experience that not only boosts cardiovascular fitness but also enhances endurance and coordination.
What you need to know, & how to prepare:
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Bring water, and socks
- Our bikes allow SPD and delta lock shoes. No shoes, no problem, we have rentals! After your introductory pass, shoe rentals cost $3
- First time riders, please arrive 15min early so we can fit you on a bike, and get you set up to ride

Indoor Cycling Etiquette
Registration for indoor cycling classes are open for 7 days from the current day. Every night at midnight, registration for classes on the 7th day out will open for the public to sign up.
For example; on Monday night at midnight (Tuesday morning) classes for the following Tuesday will open for registration.
If you are unable to attend a class and have a bike reservation, please cancel it by 7pm the night before the scheduled class so that another rider can take your place. Due to the increased demand for bikes, any cancellations made after 7pm will result in a $15 late cancellation fee charged to the rider’s account.
Indoor Cycling Late Cancellations – anyone enrolled in regular 45-minute class who is not checked-in at least 30 minutes after the start of class —or 20 minutes after an Express class— is considered a “Late Cancellation” and subject to the $15 late cancellation fee.
Due to the popularity of this program anyone attending more than one indoor cycling class per day will be charged a $10 fee per each indoor cycling class beyond one.
Please arrive to class early. Any unclaimed bikes will be released 5 minutes prior to the start of class.
Due to safety concerns, no riders under 4’10” will be allowed on the bikes
We offer 2 unique riding experiences:
Signature – 45 min ride
Our signature 45-minute indoor cycling features climbing, sprinting, moving and grooving to exciting, beat-driven music that will produce the optimum cardio burn.
Power Hour – 60 min ride
Our jam packed 60-minute indoor cycling features climbing, sprinting, 1-2 weight songs, moving and grooving to exciting, beat-driven music that will produce the optimum cardio burn.
