Be a yes for working your body and quieting your mind! Our Baptiste-inspired Power Vinyasa classes create connect carefully sequenced yoga poses to mindful breath to energize and inspire you. You’ll build strength, increase endurance, release tension, create flexibility and connect you to something bigger than yourself.
What you need to prepare:
- You’ll sweat, so hydrate well before class. Bring water to class as well.
- Wear comfortable clothes that give you freedom and wick your sweat. (we’ve got you covered with towels)
- Bring a mat. If you don’t have a mat, you can rent one from us for $3.
- Leave shoes in the cubbies and bring an open mind.
- Grab a block and a strap if you’d like.
- First time? Come 15 minutes early and we’ll get you all setup.
Power Vinyasa Etiquette:
- Leave your shoes at the door.
- Take rest whenever you need it.
- Use an assisting chip to opt-in or out of hands-on assists.
- Choose a yoga mat over an exercise mat for better stickiness and balance
- Late arrivals work up to 15 minutes past starting time–we’re glad you made it. Anything past might make it challenging to join an already warmed-up class.
