Power Pilates is a mind-body workout that blends traditional Pilates principles with intensified movements to enhance strength and flexibility. Using tools like resistance bands, hand weights, ankle weights, balls, and gliders, this class focuses on controlled movements, breathwork, and proper alignment, with a strong emphasis on core engagement. We offer both heated and non-heated options, with heated classes ranging from 80 to 94 degrees, making it suitable for all fitness levels.
What you need to prepare:
- You’ll sweat, so hydrate well before class. Bring water to class
- Wear comfortable clothes
- Bring a mat. If you don’t have a mat, you can rent one from us for $3
- Leave shoes in the locker
- First time? Come 15 minutes early and we’ll get you all set up
