Imagine walking into a room filled with friends and contagious energy. Multiple stations line the room. Each station is a different exercise. After the warm-up, everyone heads to a station. With the music pumping and under the watchful eye of a seasoned instructor, you move from exercise to exercise. Whether it’s burpees, jump-rope, bicep curls, a plank…each station is challenging yet doable. With beginner, intermediate and advanced options, all are welcome at FIT House bootcamps. Exercises are designed to target cardiovascular (yes, cardio), upper-body, lower-body, core and balance exercises. Class is a heart-pumping, body-chiseling workout and camaraderie driven good time!
Outdoor Bootcamp – Bootcampers utilize their body weight and natural environment as workout tools. Benches, rocks, running drills, you name it; we’ll use it in this super fun, heart-pumping, smile-inducing class. *Bootcampers move from station to station by running or power/walking.
What you to need to prepare:
- Wear comfortable clothing – you will sweat. We love sweaty people.
- Bring water.
- Wear comfortable closed-toe shoes.
