Power Sculpt is a 45-minute group training class designed for people of all fitness levels looking to build full body strength and increase muscular endurance. This workout will build lean muscle and help even out muscular imbalances. Our expert trainers will lead you through resistance, interval, and mobility training in order to maximize strength, endurance, and flexibility. In any given class, you may expect a mix of cardio drills, weight-lifting, barre, cardio-boxing, core work, band work, TRX & more. This is a great class option for someone looking to add more weight training in their repertoire and become a more well-rounded athlete.
What you need to know to prepare:
- Wear comfortable clothing – you will get sweaty! We love sweaty people!
- Leave shoes in cubbies if class is in yoga studio. Studio shoes suggested if you prefer not to go barefoot.
- We have mats but you are always welcome to bring your own.
